We make our famous Canadian Bacon from specially chosen Midwestern hogs, which results in bacon so lean you virtually can't find fat or waste.

Our skilled meatcutters carefully hand trim the loins, then move them to our smokehouses where they're slowly smoked over smoldering embers of sweet Applewood.

Fully cooked... may be quickly warmed for a great meal entree or sliced thin for the best Eggs Benedict you and your guests have ever tasted!
