Ingredients
- 12 apricots, seeded and cut in half (or dried apricots)
- 12 slices thin sliced Nueske's Smoked Bacon, cut in half
- 1/4 C. pure maple syrup
Directions
Wrap 1/2 slice of bacon around each half apricot. Place seam side down on shallow baking pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 375ยบ. Remove from oven and brush with maple syrup. Serve warm.
