Bacon Apple Coffeecake

This mouthwatering breakfast or brunch treat starts life as a famous Zingerman’s Sour Cream Coffeecake. But, before it hits the oven, gourmet bake chefs gently fold into the batter: (1) Tender chunks of fresh apples, (2) Nueske’s Applewood-smoked bacon pieces (baked), and (3) A generous portion of freshly ground Indonesian cinnamon.
