To Store: Refrigerate immediately. Unopened package will keep for 3 weeks in your refrigerator, or up to 3 months in freezer with no loss of flavor. Once opened, use within 1 week.
To Serve: Baby back ribs are cured, smoked, fully cooked and ready to warm and serve.
Oven: Pre-heat oven to 325°F. Place ribs in shallow baking pan, add 1/4 cup of water, and cook/steam (covered) for an hour and a half or until ribs are fork-tender.
Slow-Cooker: Place ribs in covered slow cooker. Add 1/4 cup water to the bottom of the slow-cooker, heat on medium for 2 1/2 to 3 hours for optimum tenderness.
Grill: Ribs may be briefly placed on a grill AFTER steaming in the oven or cooking in a slow-cooker.
