To Store: Refrigerate immediately. Unopened package will keep for 11 weeks in your refrigerator, or up to 1 year in freezer with no loss of flavor. If you plan to serve at a later date, place in freezer upon receipt. Once opened, use within 1 week.
To Serve: Smoked ham is fully cooked and ready to serve, hot or cold. If netting is present, remove before heating or slicing.
Oven Warming: If you prefer to gently warm, preheat oven to 325°F. Add ham and ¼ cup of water to bottom of pan. Cover and heat approximately 15 minutes per pound, or to internal temperature of 120°F. Do not over heat.
