To Store: Refrigerate immediately. Unopened package will keep for 3 weeks in your refrigerator or up to 3 months in freezer with no loss of flavor. If you plan to serve at a later date, place in freezer upon receipt. Once opened, use within 1 week.
To Serve: Smoked ham is fully cooked and ready to serve, hot or cold. If netting is present, remove before heating or slicing. To maintain maximum moistness, we recommend not heating.
Oven Warming: If you prefer to gently warm, preheat oven to 325°F. Add ham and ¼ cup of water to bottom of pan. Cover and heat approximately 15 minutes per pound, or to internal temperature of 120°F. Do not over heat.
