To Store: Refrigerate immediately. Unopened package will keep for 3 weeks in refrigerator, or 3 months in freezer. Once opened, use within 1 week.
To Serve: Smoked Canadian bacon is fully cooked and ready to serve, hot or cold.
Skillet: Melt 1 tbsp. butter, or add oil. Warm Canadian bacon over LOW heat for approximately 3 minutes per side. Do not overheat.
