This impressive collection offers the Nueske smoked meats often used by gourmet chefs throughout the U.S. It features our Boneless Smoked Ham (2 lb. avg.) and Boneless Half Turkey Breast (3-4 lbs.)... both slowly smoked over glowing embers of sweet Wisconsin Applewood and fully cooked. You (or your gift recipients) just heat and serve.

We've also added a full pound of our famous Nueske Thick-sliced Bacon, so delicious you'll want to forget supermarket bacon... so lean you'll be amazed at how little it shrinks when you cook it.
