Smoked Pork Chops

These may be the most delicious bone-in pork chops you've ever tasted. First of all, they're big... weighing in at 7-8 oz. each and cut and nearly 3/4-inches thick.  They're cured with a Nueske family blend of sugar and natural spices... then hand-trimmed to eliminate excess fat. The real taste difference, of course, comes from the time these chops spend in our Wittenberg smokehouses. Here, the glowing embers of applewood impart a smoky flavor (the Nueske flavor) that simply can't be duplicated. Makes a tasteful gift in optional gift box.
