Directions
In large saucepan fry sausage in oil until lightly browned. Add au gratin potatoes, sauce mix and water. Cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes or until potatoes are starting to get tender stirring occasionally. Add vegetables. Cover and simmer for an additional 10-12 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Sprinkle with cheese. Remove from heat. Cover so that cheese melts. Serve hot. Serves 6-8
