Use our convenient e-catalog and online shopping cart to purchase Nueske's products to serve in your home or as memorable gifts for family and friends.

When you've placed all desired items in your shopping cart and begin the checkout process, you'll be offered the opportunity to: (1) Order as a Visiting Customer or (2) Create a Nueske's Online Shopping Account.

If you order as a Visiting Customer: Data relating to your order (billing address, gift recipient names and addresses, etc.) will not be retained on our site. Thus, when returning to our site to place future orders, you'll need to input this information again.

If you create an Online Shopping Account: Your billing address, shipping address (if different), gift recipient names and addresses will be retained in our secure database. This way, when you return to place future orders, you save time by not having to re-enter billing and shipping data. To help assure security of your credit card account numbers, we do NOT retain credit card numbers in your Nueske's Online Shopping Account.

A short time after you submit your order, you'll receive an e-mail confirming the important details of your order. We recommend you print this order confirmation in case you ever want to reference details concerning your order.

Our web site employs the highest level of security to ensure your order and credit card information is treated with strictest confidence.

Payment & Pricing

For your convenience, we honor MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards.

If you prefer to pay by check or money order, please make payable to Nueske's. Send with details of items you wish to purchase (i.e., description, price, quantity, billing address, shipping address, etc.) to the mailing address shown in Customer Service section below. Sorry, we cannot accept cash or C.O.D. orders.

Price discounts (product specials, corporate orders & online special offers) cannot be combined.

Shipping Options

Standard orders are shipped from our Distribution Center each week on Mondays through Wednesdays. Orders received by noon are normally shipped the same day.

Shipping charges are based on merchandise total of items shipped to each separate address. (Refer to Shipping Charges table.)

The following shipping options are available:

• Standard Ground – Average delivery within three business days of order date
• 2nd Day Air – Guaranteed delivery within two business days of order date
• Next Day Air – Guaranteed delivery by end of next business day following order date

You may place your order now and specify the approximate future date you’d like your shipment to arrive. We’ll schedule shipment of your order so it arrives as close as possible to the date you specify.

If you don’t specify a preferred arrival time, your order will be shipped immediately.

Please don't be concerned if all ordered items don't arrive in a single carton or on the same day. Due to packing and shipping limitations, parts of multiple-item orders are sometimes shipped separately. Separate item shipping, where necessary, does not affect shipping charges associated with your order.

Shipping & Handling Charges

Shipping and handling charges are additional to product prices, and based on the value of product shipment to each different address. (See Chart below.)

Shipping rates cover normal delivery within the continental U.S. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available at additional cost.

**For Saturday delivery on Overnight shipments, please add $15.00 to applicable rate in the chart above.

Holiday Shipping Guidelines

To help ensure delivery of our gifts prior to holidays, please have your order to us by the following dates:

• Memorial Day - May 21, 2013
• July 4th - June 25, 2013
• Labor Day - August 27, 2013
• Thanksgiving - Nov. 24, 2013
• Christmas - Dec. 17, 2013

We can deliver Holiday orders placed after these dates; however, expedited delivery at additional cost may be required. Gift Address Accuracy

We guarantee your gifts to arrive in perfect condition to the correct street addresses you provide. Delivery services will not forward our packages and most of our gifts do not anticipate reshipping. Please carefully check accuracy of addresses on your gift list and update any that have changed. We're sorry, but we cannot extend our guarantee to orders for which we are given an incorrect address.

Gift Packaging

Products marked with this symbol  arrive in handsome gift packaging for impressive gift giving.  The personalized gift message you provide during the checkout process will be clearly printed on the packing slip included with your gift.  No product pricing information will appear in your gift recipient's delivery.

On occasion, and only when necessary, we may substitute items of equal or greater value in order not to disappoint you or your gift recipients. (This is most likely to occur on orders received after our Holiday Gift Shipping Guidelines.) As always, your satisfaction is guaranteed.
