From NUESKE family recipes that are generations old this exclusive sampler of Applewood-smoked sausage specialties includes: Smoky Apple, lean pork with bacon and apple morsels… Ham & Bacon, a delightful smoked ham and bacon pairing, and… Beef & Bacon featuring all beef sausage and Nueske’s bacon. 

Each succulent natural casing link (3/4” thick and 4 1/2” long), comes in 1 lb vacuum sealed packages, approximately 10-12 links per pound.

To Store: Refrigerate immediately. Unopened package will keep for 2 weeks in your refrigerator, or up to 3 months in freezer with no loss of flavor. Once opened, use within 1 week.

To Serve: Fully cooked, ready to warm and serve

Grill: Place links on grill 7-9 inches above heat source. Use Medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning frequently with tongs.

Skillet:  Add 1/4 cup water, 1 tbsp. butter and links to skillet. Cover and simmer over Medium heat 8.-10 minutes, turning often with tongs.
