Smoked Ham Steaks
These meaty ham steaks deliver generous portions of Nueske's Old Fashioned Bone-in Ham. We start with lean, bone-in ham... slowly smoke it over glowing embers of sweet Wisconsin Applewood... carve into nice even slices... then vacuum pack for your storage convenience.
Steaks are fully cooked and ready to serve at room temperature or gently warmed on grill or skillet. Low in salt... no water added. Four ham steaks (10 oz. avg.); each steak serves 2.

To Store: Refrigerate immediately. If you plan to serve at a later date place in freezer upon receipt.
To Serve: Smoked ham steaks are fully cooked ready serve hot or cold.
Grill or Broil: Place on grill or broiler rack 5-7 inches from heat source.
Heat 3 minutes, depending on thickness. Turn once and heat another 3 minutes.
Skillet: Melt 1 Tbsp. butter or oil in skillet. Warm over MEDIUM heat for approximately 4-5 minutes per side. Do not overheat.
