Chicken Cranberry Roulade
Chefs at fine restaurants serve roulades (pronounced "rul-odds") as a change of pace from ham, turkey and roast beef cuts. This delicious chicken specialty features moist, tender chicken breast meat delicately stuffed with a delectable filling of whole, sweetened cranberries and tasty sage-flavored bread stuffing.
Preparation? Could hardly be easier. Just brush lightly with vegetable oil, bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour, let stand for 5 minutes, slice and serve. Mmmm... delicious! Serves 4-6 guests.

Baking in a Conventional Oven:
1 hour at 375°F.
Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 160°F. After removing from oven, let stand for 20 minutes slice and serve.
