Preheat oven to 400º. Spray baking sheet with non stick spray. Cover chicken breast loosely with aluminum foil. Bake for approximately 30 minutes. Internal temperature of 165º should be reached. Remove foil and bake another 5 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and serve. Refrigerate leftovers immediately
