This bacon is outstanding. My family loves it, and it makes wonderful gifts for my customers. You will never go to any other bacon after having this applewood smoked bacon!!!

I almost sound like a snake-oil salesman when I talk about your products. I frequently show friends and relatives a comparison between your bacon and brands offered commercially at the store. Nueske's bacon consistently shows to have anywhere from 1/3 to 1/2 of the fat, saturated fat, cholesterol and sodium. Of course, they already LOVED THE TASTE!! After that, they were sold. Like me, they won't buy bacon anywhere but Nueske's. Thank you for a really good product.

I LOVE bacon but this bacon is in a class all its own. Yummy, delicious, incredible. Very lean. Don't know that we could possibly ever go back to anything else.

Been eating your bacon for years now. Nothing comes close in taste or the way it perfumes the house when cooking it. It is now sold in Mariano's Market in Arlington Heights which is a few blocks from my house. Told them they should bring in your hams for Easter.

The bacon is always superb, but the package is difficult to open. The spot marked "open here" is on the wrong side to remove the slices at the top of the deck.
