Description

These may be the most delicious bone-in smoked pork chops you've ever tasted. First of all, they're HUGE... weighing in at 7-8 oz. each and nearly 3/4-inch thick.

They're cured with a Nueske family blend of sugar and natural spices... then smoked 24 hours over glowing embers of sweet Wisconsin Applewood to impart a sweet, smoky flavor (the Nueske's flavor) that simply can't be duplicated.  Fully cooked, ready to heat on outdoor grill, under your broiler or in a skillet.

Store & Prepare

To Store: Refrigerate immediately. Unopened package will keep for 11 weeks in your refrigerator or up to 1 year in freezer. Once opened, use within 1 week.
 
To Serve: Smoked pork loins & chops are fully cooked, ready to warm and serve.
 
Grill or Broil Chops: Place on grill or broiler rack 5-7 inches from heat source. Heat 3-4 minutes, depending on thickness. Turn once and warm another 3-4 minutes.
 
Skillet Cooked Chops: Melt 1 Tbsp. butter or oil in skillet. Warm over MEDIUM heat for approximately 4-5 minutes per side. Do not overheat.
