Talk about a thick smoked pork chop – ours are huge!
Each of our huge, nearly 3⁄4" thick, bone-in smoked pork chops are hand-trimmed to eliminate excess fat and carefully cured with a Nueske family blend of natural spices and seasonings. This is arguably the most delicious pork chop you’ll ever taste. How could it not be after patiently smoking for hours in our Wittenberg smokehouse? Our chops arrive fully-cooked and ready to heat on your outdoor grill, under your broiler or in a skillet.
To Store: Refrigerate immediately. Unopened package will keep for 11 weeks in your refrigerator or up to 1 year in freezer. Once opened, use within 1 week.
To Serve: Smoked pork loins & chops are fully cooked, ready to warm and serve.
Grill or Broil Chops: Place on grill or broiler rack 5-7 inches from heat source. Heat 3-4 minutes, depending on thickness. Turn once and warm another 3-4 minutes.
Skillet Cooked Chops: Melt 1 Tbsp. butter or oil in skillet. Warm over MEDIUM heat for approximately 4-5 minutes per side. Do not overheat.
