Closely trimmed to eliminate almost every sign of excess fat... and patiently smoked 24 hours over glowing embers of sweet Wisconsin Applewood, these tender, delectable chops come to you fully cooked, ready to gently heat in skillet or on the grill. Vacuum-packed (Two chops, 5 oz. pkg.) for convenient storage.
To Store: Refrigerate immediately. Unopened package will keep for 11 weeks in your refrigerator or up to 1 year in freezer. Once opened, use within 1 week.
To Serve: Smoked pork loins & chops are fully cooked, ready to warm and serve.
Grill or Broil Chops: Place on grill or broiler rack 5-7 inches from heat source. Heat 3-4 minutes, depending on thickness. Turn once and warm another 3-4 minutes.
Skillet Cooked Chops: Melt 1 Tbsp. butter or oil in skillet. Warm over MEDIUM heat for approximately 4-5 minutes per side. Do not overheat.
