Description

These smoked boneless pork chops are just like to our regular bone-in pork chops...except they're all meat, no bone.

Closely trimmed to eliminate almost every sign of excess fat... and patiently smoked 24 hours over glowing embers of sweet Wisconsin Applewood, these tender, delectable chops come to you fully cooked, ready to gently heat in skillet or on the grill. Vacuum-packed (Two chops, 5 oz. average per pack) for convenient storage.
