Our boneless version is lean, tender and trimmed to eliminate most fat and then carefully smoked over glowing embers of sweet Applewood. They’re just rich, moist pork without the bones.Our boneless chops arrive fully-cooked and ready to gently heat in a skillet or on the grill. Vacuum packed (2 chops, 5 oz. per pack).
To Store: Refrigerate immediately. Unopened package will keep for 11 weeks in your refrigerator or up to 1 year in freezer. Once opened, use within 1 week.
To Serve: Smoked pork loins & chops are fully cooked, ready to warm and serve.
Grill or Broil Chops: Place on grill or broiler rack 5-7 inches from heat source. Heat 3-4 minutes, depending on thickness. Turn once and warm another 3-4 minutes.
Skillet Cooked Chops: Melt 1 Tbsp. butter or oil in skillet. Warm over MEDIUM heat for approximately 4-5 minutes per side. Do not overheat.
