Every bit as delicious as our 88-year famous Bone-In Smoked Pork Chops.
Our boneless version is lean, tender and trimmed to eliminate most fat and then carefully smoked over glowing embers of sweet Applewood. They’re just rich, moist pork without the bones. Our boneless chops arrive fully-cooked and ready to gently heat in a skillet or on the grill. Vacuum packed (2 chops, 5 oz. per pack).
To Store: Refrigerate immediately.
To Serve: Smoked pork loins & chops are fully cooked, ready to warm and serve
Grill or Broil Chops: Place on grill or broiler rack 5-7 inches from the heat source. Heat 3-4 minutes, depending on thickness. Turn once and warm another 3-4 minutes.
Skillet Cook Chops: Melt 1 Tablespoon butter or oil in skillet. Warm over Medium heat for approximately 4-5 minutes per side. Do not overheat. Excessive heating will dry the meat's natural juices.
To Warm Whole Pork Loin: Preheat oven to 325°F. Place loin in roasting pan; add 1/4 cup water to bottom of pan. Cover with foil and place on oven rack. Heat approximately 15 minutes per pound, or to internal temperature of 120°F. Do not overheat. Excessive heating will dry the meat's natural juices.
