Description

There's nothing like patient smoking to enhance the flavor of juicy, delicate Chicken Breasts. The result is so delectable, these gourmet-quality breasts won Gold Award honors in national Specialty Food Association competition.

Extra-plump, completely boneless and fully cooked, these 8 oz. breasts make great entrées... or slice and dice for pizza, salads, sandwiches, appetizers, and casseroles. Serve at room temperature or gently warmed. Individually vacuum-sealed for convenient storage. Not a water-added product.


Store & Prepare

To Store: Refrigerate immediately. Unopened package will keep for 11 weeks in your refrigerator or up to 1 year in freezer with no loss of flavor: Once opened, enjoy within 1 week.

To Serve: Smoked chicken breast is cured, smoked, fully cooked and ready to serve, hot or cold.  Meat will appear pink (due to smoking).                                                                 

Oven Warming:  If you prefer to gently warm pre-heat oven to 325 °F. Place in pan, add 1/4 cup of water, cover tightly with foil and place on oven rack.  Warm 15 minutes per pound, to internal temp of  120°F.  Do not overheat.  Excessive heating will dry the meat's natural juices.

Enjoyed These......

 

I really enjoyed these as they are tender and moist except...... these breasts are smoked with their skin on and for some reason the smoking process makes the skin very chewy and basically uneatable. Otherwise, these chicken breasts are quite good!
