We warmed them in the oven, and the first thing I noticed is the were hard to cut. The skin was thick. My wife tasted it and said this isn't chicken, its pork. I tasted several bites, good tasting, but not not chicken!-Pork loin! I contacted Nueske's via email. Their reply is pasted below: I am sorry that you were disappointed with the chicken breasts. Our smallest ham is two pounds and does not look like the chicken breasts. I am not sure why they appeared to be ham. I can refund the chicken breasts to you if you would like us to. Please let us know if you would like a refund.
