There’s turkey breast and then there’s Applewood smoked, honey-glazed, boneless, spiral-sliced turkey breast.
There’s just no comparing the two. Period. Our turkey breast is the tastiest turkey you’ll ever have. We choose only plump breasts that deliver abundant amounts of tender white meat and then slowly smoke over glowing embers of sweet Applewood and then hand-coat with our special honey glaze. And because we know you won’t be able to wait to taste it, we removed the bone and spiral-sliced it for you, too.
Fully cooked, boneless and ready to heat and serve or enjoy at room temperature.
To Store: Refrigerate immediately if you plan to use within 5 weeks. To serve at a later date, place in freezer immediately upon receipt.
To Serve: Smoked poultry is cured, smoked, fully cooked and ready to serve, hot or cold. Remove any netting before heating or slicing. Meat will appear pink (due to smoking).
Oven Warming: If you prefer to gently warm preheat oven to 275 °F. Place poultry in roasting pan, add 1/4 cup water, cover tightly with foil and place on oven rack. Warm approximately 15 minutes per pound, or to internal temp of 120°F. Do no overheat.
