Our kielbasa starts with quality pork and beef, a blend of secret spices, and whole mustard seed. But our Kielbasa gets its signature Nueske’s flavor from patiently being smoked over glowing embers of sweet Applewood. It’s unlike any Kielbasa you’ve ever tasted. And the only Kielbasa you’ll ever want.
Fully-cooked, natural casing Kielbasa can be served cold, hot, boiled, baked or grilled and goes from skillet to table in just 15 minutes. Pair with sauerkraut or add to bean dishes, stews and casseroles or just eat it with a knife and fork. Packed in 1.5 lb. bags containing 5-6 links each.
To Store: Refrigerate immediately. Unopened package will keep for 3 weeks in your refrigerator, or up to 3 months in freezer with no loss of flavor. Once opened, use within 1 week.
To Serve: Fully cooked, ready to warm and serve.
Grill: Place links on grill 7-9 inches above heat source. Use Medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning frequently with tongs.
Skillet: Add 1/4 cup water and sliced Kielbasa to skillet. Cover and simmer over Medium heat 8.-10 minutes, turning often with tongs.
