Your liver sausage is wonderful! I finally found some that is good.

Cracked open my first chub yesterday about 5 min after receiving the package. Smooth and slightly smokey, lots of rich flavor. My two year old gave the yucky face when I tried giving her liver sausage before. She asked what I was eating and I gave her some. She immediately said mmmmm and asked for more. Thanks !!!!

The Ice packs were still frozen when the package sat on my porch FOR 48 HOURS as my fridge was full up.

Read the reviews here and decided to give the smoked liver sausage a try. It is so good! Smooth, creamy and great tasting, without a strong liver taste to it. It's a nice balance of flavors. Another excellent product from Nueske's.

Creamy,lightly smokey,mild liver. This is the very best we've ever had. Slice up some sweet onion and serve with German mustard on crackers. Close your eyes and enjoy!

I love the liver sausage! It is absolutely delicious. Very mild yet flavorful. I do not care for braunschweiger, but I do like liver sausage and this is the best. I like it on a soda cracker with a little mustard or just plain. It's also great heated slightly. A perfect snack. I will definitely be keeping this on hand at all times!

I love serving this as an appetizer or on a cheese board. It stores very well on the rare occasions there are leftovers - they go in the freezer and come out for the next party. Great texture, not gritty or lumpy like some liver sausages can get. Also makes a wonderful dip when blended with cream cheese.

This is, without a doubt, the BEST liver sausage I have ever eaten!(Sorry Mom) and, to be quite honest, one of the best things I have ever tasted (although I really don't remember anything else this good). The smoked meat assortment was a birthday present from a friend and we are customers for life.

When we got home to southern WI, I made myself a sandwich. I love my liver sausage, but never have I had any that tasted this good. It's gone and I am disappointed I didn't get more..thus I'm on here placing an order today!

Just got my liver sausage today. I was so excited because I grew up in a German family and we frequently ate Braunschweiger. My mom loved the stuff and she got me addicted to it as well, so I couldn't wait to try this. I opened the package, cut off a slice, popped it in my mouth and the flavor explosion was heavenly. I'm having more of it this evening for my dinner in a pocket pita with onions and Swiss cheese.

It's easy to get hooked on this great liver sausage. Beats anything from the supermarket. I finally tried it with sliced Vidalia onion on rye. Super! And after I don't have enough left for a sandwich, I spread the rest on wheat thins. A real treat!
