I have been ordering Nueske's bacon for years, ever since I found out it was the secret to my local french restaurant's breakfast specialty. I am addicted to the cherry wood smoke bacon.SO this Easter I tried a smoked ham for the first time and it was every bit as good as I anticipated and more. I got the peppered version and I can honestly say it was the best ham I have ever had! I brought it to my family Easter brunch and brought home the bone so I could make soup, and I was literally chewing the ham off the bone in the car on the way home.
