This little jewel of a dinner ham is ideal for smaller families, buffets and dinner parties. It's all moist, tender ham (completely boneless) that's patiently smoked for more than 24 hours over embers of Wisconsin Applewood.
Then, to add a delightful touch of sweetness, we hand-apply a generous coating of our exclusive pure honey glaze. Comes fully cooked so you can serve at room temperature or gently oven-warm. Try our ham once and you'll never serve a supermarket ham again! Serves 6-8. 3-4lbs. Not a water-added product.
To Store: Refrigerate immediately. Unopened package will keep for 11 weeks in your refrigerator or up to 1 year in freezer with no loss of flavor. If you plan to serve at a later date, place in freezer upon receipt. Once opened, use within 1 week.
To Serve: Smoked ham is fully cooked and ready to serve, hot or cold. If netting is present, remove before heating or slicing.
Oven Warming: If you prefer to gently warm, preheat oven to 325°F. Add ham and ¼ cup of water to bottom of pan. Cover and heat approximately 15 minutes per pound, or to internal temperature of 120°F. Do not over heat.
