Easy to prepare. Juicy & fall off the bone tender. One Shank is a big portion, splitting would work for many. Pour the sauce over the meat, then dab the meat and mashed potatoes in it. Easy and just delicious. I'm not much of a cook, so discovering my mashed potatoes are far better than the ready to heat & eat I've been buying for years from the grocery store was an unexpected bonus!! (Don't buy spuds normally, had the potatoes to make fried potatoes to go with the corned beef hash ordered along with these shanks)
