If you like corned beef hash, try this one. Easy to prepare, just toss in a pan and warm it, browning as much - or as little - as you like. No grease in the pan after it's done. I eat a half pound at a time (half a chub), but decided to try a full chub - pound - along with fried potatoes and two poached eggs. When I was done eating, the plate was clean. Tasty.
