Description

This is your chance to savor a dining treat that started on the Maryland coast, is now a sought-after delicacy all over America.

These fabulous Crab Cakes are made from genuine lump crabmeat with just enough breadcrumbs, celery, bell pepper, green onion and California champagne -- yes, champagne! -- to hold them delicately together.  Sauteed or oven-baked, our 3 oz. Crab Cakes are great served individually as an appetizer or in pairs as a delectable entrĂ©e. Flash-frozen and vacuum sealed for freshness.

Store & Prepare

To store:
Keep frozen until ready to use.  Thaw in refrigerator if desired before cooking.

To prepare:
Conventional Oven
Preheat oven to 375º. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 12-14 minutes per side. For defrosted cakes 6-7 minutes per side.  Brown tops under broiler for 1 minute.

Pan Sauté 
Brown frozen cakes on each side, 5-6 minutes in skillet with 2 oz oil over medium heat. Defrosted cakes require about 3 minutes per side.
