Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw in refrigerator if desired before cooking.
Preheat oven to 375º. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 12-14 minutes per side. For defrosted cakes 6-7 minutes per side. Brown tops under broiler for 1 minute.
Brown frozen cakes on each side, 5-6 minutes in skillet with 2 oz oil over medium heat. Defrosted cakes require about 3 minutes per side.
