Choose from three taste-tempting varieties: Cordon Bleu, with Canadian bacon and melted Swiss Cheese... Kiev, with a rich filling of butter and select herbs... Fontina, filled with Fontina cheese, prosciutto and sun-dried tomatoes. Each breast individually packed, oven ready.
Storage: Keep frozen until ready to use.
Cooking: Product is uncooked. Remove from packaging before cooking.
For best results cook from frozen state in a conventional oven. Do not microwave. Pre-heat oven to 400° F, remove breast from container and place on a lightly greased or parchment lined cookie sheet or pan. Bake on middle rack for 35 to 45 minutes, rotating pan once halfway through.
Each breast must register 170° on a food thermometer at the thickest part of the breast in order to be safe to consume. Cook longer if necessary. Let the cooked breast rest for 2 minutes before serving.
