We‘ve paired the best with the best! Our Six Cheese Macaroni and Cheese with Peppered Bacon is crafted in small batches with cavatappi pasta and a decadent blend of six rich cheeses.
Ham
To Store: Refrigerate immediately if you plan to use within 5 weeks. To serve later place in freezer upon receipt.
To Serve: Ham is fully cooked and ready to serve, hot or cold.
Oven Warming: If you prefer to gently warm, preheat oven to 275°F. Cover ham tightly with foil and heat 20 minutes per pound, or to internal temperature 120°F. Do not over heat. Excessive heating will dry the meat's natural juices.
Tip: This ham is uniformly spiral sliced to and around the bone for your serving convenience. To separate from the bone, use a tip of a knife to make a lengthwise cut between the slices and bone.
Six Cheese Macaroni & Cheese with Peppered Bacon
To Store: Freeze immediately.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove cardboard sleeve and with a knife, poke 8 holes in plastic film to vent. Place tray on baking sheet in the middle rack position of oven. After heating, allow product to rest up to 5 minutes before serving.
From Frozen: Cook for 60 minutes. Remove film and stir.
From Thawed: Cook for 35-40 minutes. Remove film and stir.
Microwave: Remove cardboard sleeve and with a knife, poke 8 holes in plastic film to vent. After heating, allow product to rest up to 5 minutes before serving.
From Frozen: Cook for 12 minutes on high. Peel back film, stir, re-cover and heat for an additional 3 minutes. Remove film and stir.
From Thawed: Cook for 4 minutes on high. Peel back film, stir, re-cover and heat for an additional 3-4 minutes. Remove film and stir.
Fully Cooked
For best results, heat to an internal temperature of 165°F before serving.
