The Bredl family of Stratford, Wisconsin proudly handcrafts these four local tributes to classic British cheeses. Quartet includes: Double Glouchester, small-vat ancestor of classic Cheddar… Nut Brown Ale Caerphilly, hints of honey & caramel, yeasty ale swirls throughout flaky white body… Cheshire Sage & Garlic, delicate texture, infused with garlic & fresh sage… and Abergele Mushroom & Chive, creamy white cheese with diced mushrooms, minced chives. Four 8 oz. blocks (one each variety) in handsome Nueske’s gift box.
To Store: Refrigerate immediately. Once your cheese is opened we suggest you wrap it tightly in plastic wrap or place in a tightly sealed container to prevent cheese from drying. Do not freeze.
Unopened cheese can be kept for months, once opened we recommend using within 3 weeks.
To Serve: To bring cheese to its full natural flavor, keep at room temperature for a half hour before serving.
