We cooked a rack of each stlye of the ribs to feed a fmaily of 5. The directions from Chef Whiteford worked well, although I subsituted Cider for the Apple Juice in puring over the ribs in the oven. My 14, 12 9 year old prefereed the sweet & spicy Kansas City style ribs over the Southern Style with vinegar. As my wife is vegetarian, I ate two portions to complete the taste test. I favored the Southern Style, mainly because there were plenty of those ribs avaialable while only scraps of the KC style as the kids ate the full 2.5 lb rack. I will definitley eat these again. I want to buy some of the Sweet & Sour sauce made by Mr. Whiteford. I saved the remaining sauce from the roasting pan and used it on a left over piece of chicken the next day. Great ribs, Nueske!
