Grill or Broil Chops: Place on grill or broiler rack 5-7 inches from the heat source. Heat 3-4 minutes, depending on thickness. Turn once and warm another 3-4 minutes.
Skillet Cook Chips: Melt 1 Tablespoon butter or oil in skillet. Warm over Medium heat for approximately 4-5 minutes per side. Do not overheat. Excessive heating will dry the meat's natural juices.
To Warm Whole Pork Loin: Preheat oven to 325°F. Place loin in roasting pan; add 1/4 cup water to bottom of pan. Cover with foil and place on oven rack. Heat approximately 15 minutes per pound, or to internal temperature of 120°F. Do not overheat. Excessive heating will dry the meat's natural juices.
