Starting with prime pork loins, we remove only the leanest, juiciest center sections... sugar-cure them according to our exclusive family recipe... and smoke for 24 hours over sweet Wisconsin Applewood embers.
Then, we add the crowning touch by gently coating each smoked pork loin with our savory spice and honey glaze. The result is a completely boneless pork loin that's fully cooked... spiral-sliced for your serving convenience... and out-of-this-world delicious. Regular is one loin (2 1/4 lb. avg.); Family includes two loins (4 1/2 lbs. avg.).
To Store: Refrigerate immediately. Unopened package will keep for 5 weeks in your refrigerator or up to 1 year in freezer. Once opened, use within 1 week.
To Serve: Smoked pork loins & chops are fully cooked, ready to warm and serve
To Warm Whole Pork Loin: Preheat oven to 325°F. Place loin in roasting pan; add 1/4 cup water to bottom of pan. Cover with foil and place on oven rack. Heat approximately 15 minutes per pound, or to internal temperature of 120°F. Do not overheat.
