Description

Delight your family and guest taste buds with this lean, meaty boneless smoked ham from the Heartland. Carefully hand-trimmed of all excess fat with entire shank and bone removed...so you get 100% pure Nueske's Ham. Then, we smoke these boneless beauties over glowing embers of Applewood for 24 hours . . . bringing them out of the smokehouse fully cooked boneless ham, ready to heat gently, slice and serve.

Perfect for important family events and meals where you want to live up to your reputation for serving only the very finest. Completely boneless ham. Not a water-added product.

Store & Prepare

To Store: Refrigerate immediately. Unopened package will keep for 11 weeks in your refrigerator or up to 1 year in freezer with no loss of flavor. If you plan to serve at a later date, place in freezer upon receipt. Once opened, use within 1 week. 

To Serve:
Smoked ham is fully cooked and ready to serve, hot or cold. If netting is present, remove before heating or slicing.

Oven Warming: If you prefer to gently warm, preheat oven to 325°F.  Add ham and ¼ cup of water to bottom of pan.  Cover and heat approximately 15 minutes per pound, or to internal temperature of 120°F.  Do not over heat.
