Ingredients
- 12 oz Nueske's Applewood Smoked Bacon
- 32 oz Orecchiette noodles
- 8 oz Goat Cheese
- 4 oz Kale
- 2 oz Shave Asiago
- 2 lbs Butternut Squash
- Olive Oil
- Fresh Garlic
Method
- Skin squash, cut in half, toss in oil with salt & pepper and bake in oven at 425 degrees for 45 minutes. Simultaneously cook bacon in oven.
- While squash and bacon are in oven, boil pasta and shred kale. Toss pasta in olive oil and pinch goat cheese into small pieces mixing into pasta with kale.
- Chop bacon and squash. Combine all together and grate asiago on top.
