  • 12 oz Nueske's Applewood Smoked Bacon
  • 32 oz Orecchiette noodles
  • 8 oz Goat Cheese
  • 4 oz Kale
  • 2 oz Shave Asiago
  • 2 lbs Butternut Squash
  • Olive Oil
  • Fresh Garlic


  1. Skin squash, cut in half, toss in oil with salt & pepper and bake in oven at 425 degrees for 45 minutes. Simultaneously cook bacon in oven.
  2. While squash and bacon are in oven, boil pasta and shred kale. Toss pasta in olive oil and pinch goat cheese into small pieces mixing into pasta with kale.
  3. Chop bacon and squash. Combine all together and grate asiago on top.
