Breakfast Pizza
A crispy pizza crust serves as the base for a flavorful combination of eggs, melted cheese, and savory Nueske's applewood smoked bacon.

Ingredients
- 1 pre-baked pizza crust, round or rectangular
- 1 Cup shredded fontina cheese
- 1 Cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 Cup grated Parmesan Reggiano cheese
- 10-12 Slices Nueske's Applewood Smoked Bacon, partially cooked off and drained
- 4-6 eggs, sunny side up, over easy, poached or as desired (cook eggs just prior to serving)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh chopped herbs or micro greens
Method
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Lightly spray a baking sheet pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place prebaked crust on pan and sprinkle evenly with cheeses (fontina, mozzarella and parmesan). Bake for 7-8 minutes.
- Remove from oven, top with bacon, and return to oven for another 6-8 minutes, until cheese is melted, and crust is golden brown. While pizza is in oven, cook eggs to desired taste.
- Remove pizza from oven, top with eggs. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and fresh chopped herbs or micro greens.
- Slice and serve.
