A crispy pizza crust serves as the base for a flavorful combination of eggs, melted cheese, and savory Nueske's applewood smoked bacon.

  • 1 pre-baked pizza crust, round or rectangular
  • 1 Cup shredded fontina cheese
  • 1 Cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 Cup grated Parmesan Reggiano cheese
  • 10-12 Slices Nueske's Applewood Smoked Bacon, partially cooked off and drained
  • 4-6 eggs, sunny side up, over easy, poached or as desired (cook eggs just prior to serving)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh chopped herbs or micro greens


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Lightly spray a baking sheet pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place prebaked crust on pan and sprinkle evenly with cheeses (fontina, mozzarella and parmesan). Bake for 7-8 minutes.
  2. Remove from oven, top with bacon, and return to oven for another 6-8 minutes, until cheese is melted, and crust is golden brown. While pizza is in oven, cook eggs to desired taste.
  3. Remove pizza from oven, top with eggs. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and fresh chopped herbs or micro greens.
  4. Slice and serve.
