Ingredients
- 4 oz Nueske's Wild Cherrywood Smoked Uncured Bacon
- 1 dozen Fresh Figs
- 18 oz Fresh Ricotta
- 1 Tbsp Kosher Salt
- 2 oz Fresh Thyme
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- Honey
Method
- Slice fresh figs from the top in the shape of an X, going 3/4 the way down and then lightly spread them apart.
- Whip ricotta in blender with salt and sugar until smooth and then put in piping bag.
- Pipe into fresh figs and then garnish with small pinches of fresh thyme and honey.
