  • 4 oz Nueske's Wild Cherrywood Smoked Uncured Bacon
  • 1 dozen Fresh Figs
  • 18 oz Fresh Ricotta
  • 1 Tbsp Kosher Salt
  • 2 oz Fresh Thyme
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • Honey


  1. Slice fresh figs from the top in the shape of an X, going 3/4 the way down and then lightly spread them apart.
  2. Whip ricotta in blender with salt and sugar until smooth and then put in piping bag.
  3. Pipe into fresh figs and then garnish with small pinches of fresh thyme and honey.
