Ingredients
- 10 Slices sourdough bread
- 1/2 lb pepper jack cheese
- 15 Slices Nueske's Smoked Peppered Bacon
- 5 Tbsp butter
- Sauce:
- 8 Tbsp sour cream
- 4 Tbsp Dijon mustard
Method
- Fry bacon to medium crisp.
- Layer cheese and bacon on 5 slices of bread. Top with remaining slices of bread. Butter outsides of bread.
- Heat in large skillet over medium heat until cheese is melted and sandwich is golden brown.
- Optional: Combine sauce ingredients and serve with cheese sandwiches.
