Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp butter
- 1 1/2 Cup Nueske's Smoked Ham, diced 1/2 inch
- 1/2 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 head cauliflower, broken into florets
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 1/2 Cup cream
- 1/4 tsp salt
- dash pepper
- dash cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 Cups Swiss cheese, shredded
- 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Method
- In large skillet, melt butter.
- Saute ham and garlic for 2 minutes.
- Add cauliflower and cook until just tender crisp (about 10 minutes).
- In separate bowl, combine flour and cream.
- Stir into cauliflower mixture.
- Add salt, pepper, and cayenne.
- Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
- Transfer to a 2 quart baking dish.
- Sprinkle with cheese and place under a preheated broiler until lightly browned, about 3 to 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
