Indulge in the perfect fusion of sweet and savory with our Sweet Savory Duck Crostini. Tender duck breast marinated in a blend of spices, served atop crisp crostini with tangy goat cheese. A gourmet appetizer that's sure to impress.
Ingredients
- 2 Applewood Smoked Duck Breasts (12 oz)
- 1 Loaf Sourdough Bread
- 5 oz Goat Cheese
- 4 oz Cream Cheese
- 2 1/2 oz Boursin Herbs & Cheese
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 Cup Milk
Method
- Let all ingredients (besides milk) sit out at room temp for 1 hour prior to mixing.
- Combine all in robo coupe and whip.
- Assembly: Cut sour dough loaf into ½ inch thick slices. Spread boursin goat cheese on bread, thinly slice duck breast and cover base layer, squeeze 1 lemon onto arugula and toss. Place arugula on top of duck, drizzle with mike’s hot honey, and garnish with maldon sea salt & candied fennel pollen.
