  • 6 oz Nueske's Applewood Smoked Bacon
  • 8 oz Cavatappi Noodles
  • 1/2 Cup Yellow Onion
  • 1/4 Cup Celery
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Garlic
  • 1/4 Cup Bell Peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Sauvignon Blanc Wine
  • 2 Cups Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 5 oz Smoked Gouda Cheese


  1. Sauté onion, celery, and pepper, until translucent. Add garlic for 2 minutes - do not brown. Then de-glaze with white wine and stir bottom of pan vigorously.
  2. Boil 8 oz cavatappi noodles.
  3. Cook bacon in oven simultaneously, 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
  4. Combine cream, salt, and black pepper, bring to a boil. Simultaneously shred gouda cheese.
  5. Once cream is boiling, add parmesan and gouda to thicken stirring constantly.
  6. Combine cavatappi noodles.
  7. Assembly: Cook cavatappi noodles, combine in pasta sauce, and put into desired container. Cover with panko breadcrumbs & grated parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
