  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet.
  2. With a fork, poke some holes into the potatoes. Place onto the baking sheet, rub with olive oil, and sprinkle desired amount of sea salt on them, making sure to coat the skin.
  3. Bake 45-60 minutes.
  4. While the potatoes are baking prepare the bacon according to the desired directions on the package. Let cool and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  5. While the bacon is cooling and the potatoes are baking, prepare all other topping ingredients.
  6. When the potatoes are done they should be fork-tender and the skin crisp. Slice open each potato and fluff the insides.
  7. Top potatoes with desired toppings.
