Smoked Liver Pate' with White Wine

  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 C. onion, minced
  • 1/2 C. dry white wine
  • 2 C. Nueske's Smoked Liver Pate'
  • Nueske's Smoked Liver Sausage may be used in place of Nueske's Smoked Liver Pate'
  • 2 tsp. capers


Saute the onion in butter until the onion is transparent. Add the wine and simmer until the mixture is reduced by half. Set aside to cool. In separate bowl, mix the liver pate' and capers until well blended. Add the cooled wine mixture to the pate' mixing until smooth. Chill until serving.
