Smoked Ham Meatloaf Recipe

Ham and Beef Meatloaf

  • Makes: Serves Serves 6-8.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • Dijon Mustard Sauce
  • 8 Tbsp. sour cream
  • 1 lb. ground Nueske's Smoked Ham
  • 3/4 C. finely crushed Townhouse crackers
  • 4 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • (Blend sour cream and mustard together until smooth.)
  • 1/2 C. milk
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

Combine all the ingredients in large bowl. Spray 9 x 5 loaf pan with cooking spray. Form into loaf in pan and bake 1 hour at 350°, or form into mini loaves and bake for 45 minutes at 350°. Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with parsley sprigs. Serve with Dijon mustard sauce.
