Sauerkraut Soup with Kielbasa

Ingredients

  • 2 C. Nueske's Kielbasa, sliced into disks
  • sour cream
  • 6 potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 C. onion, chopped
  • 3 C. water
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 jar (15 oz.) or bag of sauerkraut
  • 1 bullion cube, chicken

Directions

Boil potatoes, onion, kielbasa, and bullion cube in water with for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender, adding a little salt and pepper to taste.

Add sauerkraut and boil for 5 more minutes. Serve with a dollop of sour cream, if desired.
