Liver Sausage Pate Recipe

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • Nueske's Smoked Liver Pate' may be used in place of Nueske's Smoked Liver Sausage
  • 8 oz. Nueske's Smoked Liver Sausage
  • 2 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise (to frost loaf later)
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley or chives


Combine cream cheese, meat, onion, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth. Shape into a roll or loaf. Frost with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with chopped parsley or chives. Serve with crackers. (Can be shaped into a tree for the holidays.)
