Apricots wrapped in Bacon

Everything is better with bacon, and this tasty dish is certainly no exception! The sweet smoky notes Nueske’s award-winning Smoked Bacon brings to this recipe make it simply irresistible.

Serves: 15-18

Ingredients

12 apricots, seeded and cut in half (or dried apricots)
12 slices thin sliced Nueske's Smoked Bacon, cut in half
1/4 C. pure maple syrup

Directions

Wrap 1/2 slice of bacon around each half apricot. Place seam side down on shallow baking pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 375º. Remove from oven and brush with maple syrup. Serve warm.

Easy and delicious

These are super easy to make. Recipe makes enough for 6-8 with other appetizers. Great with a cheese plate.
