Cut woody ends off asparagus and then cut into 2 inch lengths. Heat oil in large pan. Add the onions, garlic and asparagus and stir fry for 3-4 minutes. Remove asparagus from pan and set aside and keep warm. Combine the mustard, honey and cream. Add to the pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and then return the asparagus to the pan, adding the smoked turkey, salt and pepper. Heat through and serve immediately.
