Where's the reserved bacon FAT.

 

The recipe indicates that you "reserve the bacon fat" and does not use the fat in the directions. Boil eggs til hard? How about telling the reader how hard boied eggs need to be cooked(ie 12 mins). Cutting up the egg makes absolutely no sense whatsoever...the yolk falls apart when you try to pick it up!! How about having deviled eggs instead? Sorry for the TWO (2) stars because I never have rated a recipe that in my life. Contact me & I'll revise ALL your recipesfor you. I would recommend your bacon if it were $4-5/lb less in price.
