Preheat oven to 375° F. Fry bacon, onion and mushrooms until lightly browned. Divide into 4 ramekin dishes. Mix the Stilton, cream cheese and cream together. Spoon over the bacon mixture. Toss the bread crumbs with paprika and pepper. Sprinkle equal amounts on each ramekin. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve hot with small slices of toasted French bread.
